Overview

The 5 days tour will enable you visit Queen Elizabeth and Kibale National Parks. Queen Elizabeth National Park forms the most diverse ecosystems in Africa. The Park is the home of the famous tree climbing lions, topi, Uganda Kob, hyenas, elephants, baboons, hippos and a lot of primates like Chimpanzees and more. Launch trip will also be done along kazinga channel between Lake Geoge and Edward. And Kibale National Parkis mostly known for its chimp tracking and it’s a home of a lot of primate species. You will still go to Bigodi swamp where you do birding. This will be a great experience.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National park (417kms)

After breakfast in the morning head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Stop over at the Equator for photos and some crafts. Then proceed to the park. After lunch go for an evening game drive where you will see crater lakes.Queen Elizabeth National park is the most popular tourist destination in Uganda and is one of the oldest national parks in Uganda. Queen Elizabeth national park is located in western Uganda in districts of Kamwenge, Kasese, Bushenyi and Rukungiri. The park has Mammals like lions, Buffalo, Elephants, Giant forest hog, Waterbucks, Bushbucks and Kobs. Overnight at Mweya safari lodge/ jacana safari lodge/ Queen Elizabeth safari lodge/ samba safari camp.

Day 2: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Go for agame drive in the Park after breakfast, you may see the big five; lions, Buffalo, Elephants, Giant forest hog, Waterbucks, Bushbucks and Kobs. You may also see birds like jacana, shoebill and pelican. After lunch go for a boat ride along Kazinga channel where you may see a lot of Mammals and birds. An overnight at Mweya safari lodge/ jacana safari lodge/ Queen Elizabeth safari lodge/ samba safari camp.

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park to Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast head to Kibale forest National Park. Kibale National park is one of the best tourist destination in Africa particularly Uganda. The Park is located in south Uganda protecting moist ever green rain forest. The park is with in districts of Kaborole and Kamwenge. Kibale has one of the highest concentration of primate in Africa.You will have an overnight at Ndali lodge/ kanyankyu ecological Centre/ Mountain of the moon/ Primate lodge/ Kyaninga lodge/ Fort Motel.

Day4: Chimp trekking Tour

After breakfast you will go for chimp trekking, during the trekking you will spot primates like white colobus monkeys, Elephants. Return to the lodge for lunch. Later in the afternoon depending on time go for a nature walking at bigodi sanctuary, it has fauna and flora. Overnight atNdali lodge/ kanyankyu ecological Centre/ Mountain of the moon/ Primate lodge/ Kyaninga lodge/ Fort Motel.

Day5: Leave Kibale National Park for Kampala.

Have breakfast and then head to Kampala. You will have lunch enrout. Dinner and overnight apreffered lodge in Kampala.The Safari Price quotations include: Transport with fuel, an English-Speaking driver, Water within the Vehicle, accommodation, park fees, boat fee and all meals.
